What is Scentsy Club?
Scentsy Club is a subscription program that lets you schedule recurring shipments of your favorite Scentsy consumables (aka the stuff that runs out) to be delivered directly to you. Scentsy Club also offers exclusive perks and rewards available only to subscribers.
What are the exclusive perks available to Scentsy Club subscribers?
• All club orders of $30 or more receive a 10% discount.
• All club orders of $60 or more receive a 10% discount and are eligible for you to add an additional Scentsy Club product (including Whiff Box!) at half price.* The $60 minimum is based on the full retail price, before the 10% discount is applied.
• Subscribers get exclusive access to Always Get My Bar (see below).
• You can earn points for discounts through the Scentsy Club rewards and referrals program. ***Excluding licensed products.
What is Always Get My Bar?
This is one of the most popular perks, exclusive to Scentsy Club subscribers. Throughout the year, Scentsy Bars are discontinued to make room for new ones. With Always Get My Bar, there’s no need to worry about losing a favorite fragrance for good. If we discontinue a bar that’s in your subscription, we’ll keep making it for you (as long as you keep it in your subscription)! This even applies to Scent of the Month Scentsy Bars, Wax Collections and Bring Back My Bar fragrances.
How does Always Get My Bar work?
Some rules apply:
• A Scentsy Bar may only be added to a subscription while it’s still available for sale on your Personal Website (PWS).
• In the case of a limited time offer Scentsy Bar, even if it sells out quickly, that bar will remain available exclusively in Scentsy Club for 30 days from the bar’s launch date. Or the bar will remain available in Scentsy Club longer if we still have inventory beyond 30 days.
• Licensed bars (such as Disney) are eligible for Always Get My Bar, but the license must still be valid. If the license expires, we will no longer be able to make the bar for anyone.
• Total quantity of a discontinued bar may be decreased, but not increased.
• Shipment of a discontinued bar may be skipped once in a 12-month period. Beyond that, the bar is automatically and permanently removed from the subscription.
• Shipments that are skipped due to a failed payment will count as a skip toward Always Get My Bar.
• If a discontinued bar is removed from a Scentsy Club subscription, it may not be added back unless it becomes available for sale again.
• Always Get My Bar applies only to Scentsy Bars and is not available in Scentsy Bricks or other Scent products.
Scentsy Club rewards and referrals program
What is the Scentsy Club rewards and referrals program?
Scentsy Club rewards and referrals is a new program to reward our most loyal customers, YOU. Club customers earn points on their own subscription and earn even more points by referring friends and family.
Points can be redeemed for discounts on your Scentsy Club subscription or online orders from my website.
How do I earn points?
As a Club subscriber you'll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend in Scentsy Club, and 2 points for every $1 your referred members spend in Scentsy Club.
What are points worth?
Unless otherwise noted, points may be redeemed at a 25:1 ratio:
25 points equals a $1 discount • 100 points equals a $4 discount • 500 points equals a $20 discount
When will I see points added to my accounts?
Points are processed and added to your account at the beginning of each month.
Do points expire?
Yes, points expire after 180 days. Club customers will receive an email 30 days prior to any of their points expiring.
How can you redeem rewards and referrals points?
Club subscribers can automatically apply their points to future Scentsy Club shipments, or they can apply them to a non-Scentsy Club website order through the Rewards and Referrals tab of their Scentsy Club account.
If a customer wants to use their points on a non-Scentsy Club website order, they can also redeem points at checkout. On the Review & Pay page, there is a prompt to “Redeem Scentsy Club points” after entering payment information. You can then indicate how many points they would like to apply to the order, not to exceed a discount of 50%.
How long does a referral link last?
Your referral link does not expire. The link remains active as long as you maintain your Scentsy Club subscription.
How does a customer refer friends and family to Scentsy Club?
To refer friends and family, you will need to send them your unique referral link. You can find your link by logging in to your Scentsy Club account and navigating to the Rewards and Referrals tab. Copy the link and paste it into the messaging app of your choice.
Is there a cap on how many people a customer can refer to Scentsy Club?
Nope! The more, the merrier.
Scentsy Club general information
How do I qualify for 10% off my entire order year-round?
Once your subscription total reaches $30 (product retail amount), you’ll automatically receive a 10% discount for that subscription. This discount will remain as long as you have at least $30 worth of Scentsy Club products in your subscription.
How do I qualify for a half-price item?
Once your subscription total reaches $60 (product retail amount), you'll qualify to add an additional product at half-price. This half-price item will remain as long as you have at least $60 worth of Scentsy Club products in your subscription. If the Scentsy Club product retail amount falls below $60, the half price item will be automatically removed.
Recurring half-price items may be changed or edited.
Half price item must be redeemed on your current shipment. If you don’t redeem it, the half-price reward is lost. You will not be charged if the half-price item reward is not used. Licensed products are not eligible to redeem as half-price items in Scentsy Club. If you merge multiple subscriptions that each include a half-price item, you will need to select just one of the half-price items to continue for your merged subscription.
If any of your half-price items are a Scentsy Bar that you're getting through the Always Get My Bar perk, you must keep that bar in your subscription to continue receiving it.
How do you set up a new subscription?
1• From the Scentsy Club page on my website, click “Build a Subscription.”
2• Choose how often you want your subscription to ship: every month, two months or three months.
3• Browse through all the eligible Scentsy Club products and add products to your subscription.
4• Proceed to checkout by logging in or creating an account.
5• Set up your recurring payment.
6• Enjoy your Scentsy Club subscription!
How do you view or edit your subscription?
You may modify your account and profile information at any time:
• Click on “My Account” at the top of my website.
• After you log in to your account, click “My Scentsy Club” to view your upcoming shipments and/or edit your subscription.
You may also remove or skip an individual item or the entire order at any time.
**Please note that if you cancel an order that includes an Always Get My Bar fragrance, that cancellation counts as a skip according to the Always Get My Bar rules.
If you remove a Scentsy Bar from your subscription, can you add it back?
Yes, if the bar is a currently available fragrance, it may be removed and added back at any time. If a discontinued bar is in your subscription through the Always Get My Bar perk, you may reduce the quantity of bars ordered, but if you remove the bar entirely from your subscription, it may not be added back unless it becomes available for sale again. Total quantity of a discontinued bar may be decreased, but not increased.
How are Scentsy Club orders shipped?
We use standard economy shipping for all qualifying Scentsy Club orders.
When will a new Scentsy Club subscriber receive their first shipment?
When you place your first Scentsy Club subscription order, you’ll be given the option to have it shipped immediately. After your first shipment, recurring shipments will coincide with the monthly shipment schedule you selected.
Can I skip a Scentsy Club shipment?
Yes. You can skip any currently available product or shipment as many times as you’d like. To skip shipment of individual items, you’ll need to edit your subscription prior to processing, or you can cancel your entire order shipment any time prior to the process-for-shipping date. You can also skip the shipment of all items in your next delivery by changing the scheduled shipment date.
**Please note: Shipment of a discontinued Scentsy Bar may only be skipped once in a 12-month period. Beyond that, the bar is automatically and permanently removed from the subscription.
What are the shipping charges for Scentsy Club?
For orders shipped to the contiguous United States, shipping will be $8. For orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO and U.S. territories addresses with a retail value of $0.01 to $119.99, shipping will be $12; for orders with a retail value of $120 or more, shipping will be 10% of the product total.
Is there a limit on the number of Scentsy Bars per subscription?
No; however, Scentsy reserves the right to review subscriptions to prevent abuse of the program.
Can I create multiple club subscriptions?
As a Scentsy Club subscriber, you are allowed to have one Scentsy Club login or profile. You can, however, have more than one frequency within your subscription (delivery every month, every 2 months and/or every 3 months.)
